Bromley Falls & Fracture Prevention Service opens to Self-Referrals

The Falls and Fracture Prevention Service at Bromley Healthcare is now open to self-referrals from patients over the age of 65.

In order for people to self-refer, they must be aged 65 or over, have fallen within the last 12 months or be at risk of falling.

To self-refer, patients should phone the UCR admin team on 0300 330 5777 between Mon-Fri 8am-4pm who will take the necessary details. These referrals will then be passed to a clinician to triage and contact the person to discuss further within 5 working days.
