How to Make an Appointment

In line with NHS England advice to General Practice all appointments are triaged by telephone or e-consultation in the first instance.  This is to limit face-to-face contact wherever possible and to help stop the spread of coronavirus.

We are open, and if you need advice, or feel that you need to see your GP, you have a number of options.

Online

The easiest way to contact us is to complete an ‘eConsult’ simply click on ‘Contact you doctors online’ at the bottom of this page to complete the form. The information you provide will help us to deal with your request in the most appropriate manner. You will be contacted before the end of the next working day. The clinician will then decide whether you need to attend a face to face appointment. Most consultations can be resolved over the telephone or via e-consult.

By Phone

You can also contact us via the telephone to request an appointment with a Nurses by calling Reception on 01689 666800 but please be advised that our telephone lines are extremely busy, and at times our capacity to answer these calls will be limited due to staff having to self-isolate.

If you are unable to complete an e-consultation or the e-consultation system advises you to phone the practice then please contact our reception team who will take a brief summary of the problem from you to aid the clinician.

In Person

Please remember that you should not come to the surgery unless you have a booked appointment.

We are currently providing appointments face-to-face, online and over the telephone. If you are asked to come into the surgery for a face-to-face appointment, please remember to wear a face covering. Measures are in place to keep you safe from infection during your visit.
