Telephone Update – February 2020

We apologise for the long waiting times to get through to Reception by phone.  We are aware of these difficulties and continue to address them as follows:

  • We have recruited additional staff to cope with call volumes
  • The telephone systrem for the Health Centre is commissioned by NHS Bromley CCG.  We are working with the telephone company and Bromley CCG to resolve technical issues.
  • Knoll Medical Practice intends to introduce e-consultations soon.

Our peak call times are at 8am and 2pm.  For non-urgent matters please avoid theses times.
